Building the blueprint for diamond athletes
A partnership between EL1 Sports and the Los Angeles Dodgers has resulted in the Dodgers Training Academy, a pair of instructional facilities offering community-focused baseball and softball programs alongside state-of-the-art resources. By using a special blend of teaching and technology, we are training the next generation of diamond athletes.
Through team exercises, one-on-one lessons, seasonal camps, high-level tournaments, and much more, we help competitors from all backgrounds build on their experience, level up their skills, and develop their character, all while reaping the benefits and joys of the game.

About Our Instructors
EL1 offers players in every training program something unique: a team of consistent instructors with experience in collegiate or professional baseball and softball. Our team has developed lessons and skills by playing the game, and EL1 further develops them as “teachers” of the game. In collaboration with high-level educators, we provide custom curriculums to players to enhance their abilities.

We run EL1 Baseball programming out of our fast-growing network of training academies to support teams and athletes of all ages and skill levels. Equipped with next-generation technology like HitTrax, Rapsodo and Diamond Kinetics, we provide an advanced, inspirational and comfortable experience for athletes, coaches, and parents.

Our parent company EL1 Sports is excited to be a partner of Major League Baseball. The multi-year deal is designed to support existing local youth sports ecosystems around the country, and to promote the growth of the game by expanding access to high-quality youth baseball and softball instruction for players of all skill levels and socioeconomic backgrounds. The partnership will ultimately create significant opportunities for the entire EL1 Sports ecosystem.
